JEREMY & CHARISSA QUADE
Restoring Car Washes. Serving People. Strengthening Communities.
We’re on a mission to bring abandoned or aging car washes back to life in the Phoenix Metro area, especially the East Valley. We’re creating safe, clean, and reliable car washes our neighborhoods can count on.
We’re looking to acquire and revitalize local car washes that are ready to sell, close, or be redeveloped in the greater Phoenix Metro Area.
We’ve all seen it: a car wash that used to be thriving, now falling apart. The hoses barely work, the soap is weak, trash piles up, and it feels like nobody cares. Too often, these places are left behind when an owner retires or when absentee landlords just want to collect quarters without reinvesting.
Our vision is different. We believe car washes can once again be a source of pride in the community, safe, well-lit, reliable, and actually enjoyable to use. We’re here to bring them back to life and make them better than ever.
Why It Matters
For most people, a car isn’t just transportation, it’s part of their daily life, their work, and their identity. But right now, many neighborhoods are left with two bad options: neglected self-serve washes or chain tunnels that rush you through with watered-down soap and worn-out brushes.
We want to give customers another choice: a local excellent car wash that actually works, where the equipment is reliable, the lot is clean, and you feel safe pulling in at any time of day or night. Because when people take pride in their cars, they feel better, and the whole community looks better too
Our Motivation
This isn’t just about cars, it’s about people. For over 20 years, I’ve been a service-based entrepreneur and have worked with women entrepreneurs, helping them break through barriers, build thriving businesses, and create lasting impact. I’ve seen how new revenue streams can create freedom and legacy for families.
That’s why we’re doing this ourselves.
We want to model what it looks like to build community-rooted businesses that generate income while making a neighborhood stronger. This car wash is the first step in showing how even a simple business can make a big difference.
You’ve probably pulled into a self-serve car wash that looked run-down, trash in the bays, hoses barely working, and only a couple of settings that actually do what they’re supposed to. Too many of these places are owned by absentee landlords who just want to collect the quarters, while the customer experience gets worse and worse.
We believe our neighborhoods deserve better. A car wash should feel safe, clean, and reliable, not like a gamble every time you pull in. That’s why we’re stepping in to restore these locations, keep the equipment working, and give people a place they can actually trust to take care of their vehicles.
Too often, independent self-serve car washes shut down when their owners retire. Communities lose a valuable service, or see them replaced by chains that cut corners with diluted soaps and worn-out hoses. We want to preserve and improve these businesses so they remain an asset to the neighborhood, not a loss.
Our Story
My husband and I always dreamed of working together on something bigger than ourselves. With my background in entrepreneurship and his engineering skills, we wanted a venture that was practical, sustainable, and impactful. After looking at many options, one stood out: self-serve car washes.
Why? Because everyone needs them, they run 24/7, and they’re a chance to take something broken and make it useful again. To us, that’s not just a business, it’s a way to make a difference in our community.
Opportunities and Challenges
The opportunity is clear: revive forgotten self-serve car washes and make them shine again. We’ll invest in better equipment, improve lighting and safety, and give people the experience they’ve been waiting for.
The challenge is finding the right property and negotiating a win-win deal. But we’re ready for that. With with my business background, my husband’s engineering skills, and mentorship from seasoned operators, we’re confident we can take on the work and succeed.
Community Impact
We don’t just want to wash cars, we want to serve people. That means supporting local causes, sponsoring youth teams, and giving nonprofits a place to fundraise. It means hiring locally when we can and being present at the car wash ourselves, not just behind the scenes.
Our hope is that every self-serve car wash we touch becomes a little hub of pride for the community, a safe, clean place people rely on, and a business that gives back generously.
